I went through a toll booth that was closed in New York a few years back. No way to pay, no attendant, nothing. A few weeks later I get a ticket in the mail for not paying the toll plus the cost of the toll. I called them and said I would be happy to pay the toll, but I didn't live in New York and they could forget the ticket. They agreed. I wonder how many people just pay it and they get all of that extra $$.
