I've been using EZ Pass for a long time and love it. However, about a year ago, I had to replace a couple of my tags. Evidently, while my tags were being transported around the New York city area, my sensors were read at a couple of toll gates. I noticed the charges on my EZ Pass statement and promptly called. They immediately took care of the problem. But if using EZ Pass, you do need to monitor your monthly statement. Using EZ pass can reduce or eliminate waiting in lines to pay tolls when you use the EZ Pass only toll booths.
