I would make the trip to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, and Monument Valley. That will take you the full four weeks.
Agree 100%, make the trip a bit smaller. We went from Florida to the Grand canyon, then through Monument Valley on to Moab Utah to see Arches and Canyonlands National Park. An amazing trip. The option of Zion and Bryce is great too; all amazing places.
For the Grand Canyon, make reservations for Trailer Village. We really enjoyed it, even if it is basically a parking lot. The location and the wildlife walking the campground more than made up for it. At the Canyon, we hiked down Bright Angel Trail to the 3 mile mark (2,000 ft down). An experience we will never forget. Planning on going back so we can hike down to the 4.5 mile mark. I'm 56, so if I can do it, the OP sure can. :)
