Seattle is a little worse then Boston as Lake Washington doesn't allow for much east west traffic. SR 520 bridge has tolls. That crosses Lake Washington just north of downtown. It is also under heavy construction that can effect traffic. Watch the digital reader boards over the freeways in many locations for updates.
