Does anyone know why the stopped the RV caravans on board the train flat cars from the City of Chihuahua to the port of Topolovampo.

We were told that there had been too many accidents (deaths) from people disobeying rules and too many unsafe things happening with handing out things to people at the stations. We were among those that were cancelled and we very sorry to have missed this experience but totally understood the situation.
