It's recommended that you take the most southernly route from Florida - I-10 to New Mexico and then I-25 north. We have been in heavy snow in April on I-40.
Semi trucks use I-70 and the tunnel constantly so I don't think you'd have to worry about the tunnel. The hwy will be clear if you're lucky.
Hwy 50 would be doable only if when you get to Pueblo, CO and I-25 you get a current forecast and road conditions and hightail it across.
I would not advise you to come up through Durango in winter.
