You are crazy. The trip you propose is better suited for a 2 MONTH trip than for a 2 week one, IMHO.
My wife and I took 2 weeks just to circle the Grand Canyon. We flew in to Salt Lake City and rented a car, staying in hotels, and took 2 weeks just to visit Yellowstone and Grand Tetons.
And we just scratched the surface of all three.
But, since you asked, I'll suggest a few. While you are in the vicinity of the Grand Canyon, be sure to hit the north rim as well as the south. And if you are going to be traveling between the north rim and Grand Tetons, might as well check out Zion and Bryce Canyons, not to mention Arches. You'll be driving right past 'em (sorta) on the trip between. Although all three are canyons, they are as different as night and day.
Do be sure to spend an afternoon strolling around Jackson, WY and checking out the art galleries.
And don't forget to look for Rt 66 things on the south side of the Grand Canyon. Seligman, AZ has the world infamous Road Kill Cafe. And what the heck, you'll be driving right past the Petrified Forest to get there. And of course, who can skip Winslow, AZ? (That will slow you down at least 15 minutes.)
Come to think of it, I think you are going to need more like 3 months.
