The Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks can take week to ten days to explore. Three weeks really isn't enough time to see all three parks. I plotted a route in Mapquest using Tampa as a starting point since you didn't say where you were staring. The Mapquest mileage was 2330 miles just to Yellowstone. If you average 60 mph it's over 38 hours of driving. You may want to rethink your plans to something less ambitious.
I agree 100%. We're getting ready to take a trip from Florida to the Grand Canyon, and then a few days in Moab. We have 3 weeks, but even at that, I'm wishing for more time. I can't imagine the Grand Canyon, Grand Tetons AND Yellowstone in 2 weeks. I have been to all three and you will do none of them justice if you try to cram that much into two weeks. Spend two weeks around Grand Canyon and add in Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest National Park, and Walnut Creek Canyon, in addition to local stuff like the Grand Canyon Caverns.
