Does that mean you are using the oversize nozzle and trying to get it in the undersized hole?
I'm not sure what the problem is - the oversized diesel pumps at the truck stops fit just fine in both my DP & my Duramax Chevy - there is no undersized hole like a gas-powered truck. Are you saying your trucks don't have the oversized filler neck, and are limited to the 3/4" hole used for gasoline?
