Flying J travel centers

We've never had a problem using our card except when we use the diesel lanes. The pumps there are not programmed to accept it. We have to go inside, estimate how much we will spend and then go back and pump it, then go back inside for a receipt. PITA! We did find one Pilot station that had 2 lanes marked "RV diesel" in the truck diesel area and those 2 pumps accepted our card. One time we didn't get the discount and I called corporate headquarters and they gave me a credit on my bill and promised to better train the cashier. Very good service at corporate. And one other thing. One station we stopped at in Montana didn't even accept the card. It was a joint venture?? I think you have to spend a certain amount before the card will allow you to turn on the pump and for fueling over the pump limit amount. Seems like I read that on the website.
