Not quite true. The discount using the RVPlus card is off of the cash price.
From the RV Plus Card page:
The amount of discount depends on one Good Sam Club status - Member, Life Member, or Elite Member. The amount of discount on diesel ranges from 6¢/gal to 9¢/gal, in the US.
We've used our card in NC, SC, GA, TN, VA, KY, IL, IN, WI, MN, MT without a problem.
