Costco is planning for certain another 11 warehouses which means more gasolineras. Every warehouse is slated to have a gasolinera.
Almost all West Coast Costco warehouses in the USA use VALERO refined fuel -- nothing special there. But COSTCO will deliver 100.0% guaranteed litros completos.
The way it works is you obtain a red color COSTCO GASOLINE pre-paid card inside a warehouse. The card is then used at the dispenser, whether the membership card is also needed is a point unknown. So is the answer for whether online refilling of the pre-payment will be a reality. The card purchase limit = $50 - $5,000 pesos.
There is an upper limit in law for a maximum a gasolinera can charge for a liter of fuel. Is there a minimum? I don't know. But for a fact the USA Costco fuel I see is priced at the very bottom the the local fuel price tier.
