Milton Heights Campground is just on the west side of Toronto. It is an easy off/on Highway 401 and will leave you about 2.5 hours to Sarnia. There is highway noise but it is well looked after - we summarize and winterize our trailer there every year.
And if you are planning to head into Toronto it is probably the easiest campground to get to Toronto.
There is also Bronte Creek provincial park but it is a bit off Hwy 401.
