From Boston MA to Williamsburg VA..

Has anyone had trouble getting around Jersey/NYC with a travel trailer? I was told I can't cross bridges or tunnels there since I have propane. Figured once I get around that I can rely on my gps to get me there. I'll be leaving in late July. Thanks all!

    First response is to tell you to fly but since that is not an option bypass NY & PHL as much as possible. Once past PHL get on 301 S of Wilmington, DE & follow it all the way using the Cheasapeake Bay bridge, free westbound, then down to the Potomac on 301.

    This avoids completely the drama of the whole Baltimore Washington area.

    You are good all the way down with the exception of the Fort McHenry Tunnel near Baltimore.Get off 95 and get on 695 to go around and then pick up 95 about 40 minutes later.
