Hi. I am receiving the RV at 11am.at Santa fe area LA. My first location is the grand canyon. I saw that its along way drive in one time, considering that we need to purchase food in the Walmart.....

If you don't want to drive the 7 hrs. you could take I-40 and stop in Laughlin for the night. You would then enter the south entrance to the Grand Canyon.
If you want to take I-15 (at least 1 extra hour) you could stop in Las Vegas and from there enter the north entrance.
