Hi. I am receiving the RV at 11am.at Santa fe area LA. My first location is the grand canyon. I saw that its along way drive in one time, considering that we need to purchase food in the Walmart.....

We just did the trip from the Central Coast to the Grand Canyon. Our first stop is the KOA on I15 in Yermo. Easy on and off with good signage to the park. If you spend the night there you can take the Yermo-Daggett road (the offramp you used to exit I15) south to I 40 (about 3 to 4 miles) and turn left onto I40 east.
Was about a 5 hour drive to Williams pulling a 5th wheeler. Good half way point and fuel stop is the I40/95 junction for Lake Havasu City. Love's, Pilot and Standard station all with gas and diesel.
