Withe crash in oil prices has the price dropped or is pemex still hiking it regularly? If so it must be more expensive than Arizona by now.

Odd thing about crude oil pricing. If the price of crude ( barrel ) goes up by 25 cents, you usually see a price jump at your gas station in a few day's. Now that it is going down, have we really seen a big drop? As stated, they can charge what they want, anytime they want.
