Fundy Parks CGs

Of these three main parks at Fundy in NB, which is your preference, and why? I'm using a Class C 23 foot, and I have two little doggies.

Chignecto

Headquarters

Point Wolfe

    X2. Plus the nice view.
  • You will not be able to go to Point Wolfe due to the bridge as stated above. We like Headquarters because you can walk into town from there, if you don't mind a steep walk back!
  • We have a 45' motorhome so we stayed at Headquarters CG. Here's our review of Headquarters from rvparkreviews:

Fundy National Park is beautiful and if you have a larger motor home, the Headquarters campground may be the only one that will fit you. Point Wolfe is almost all tents and to get there you have to go through a covered bridge that has a tight turn into it. Chignecto is more accessible, but not for larger motor homes. We had a 30 amp site at Headquarters. I doubt they have many 50 amp sites. I'd plan on 30 amps. Our site was easy in and easy out and fairly large. There is a wonderful playground across the road for kids. Our grand kids loved the small zip line. Also nearby is the town of Alma. Some very good restaurants and great seafood. The salt water pool is about 1 kilometer away. We would come back again.
