There is s thread on this article over in the General section, called Canadian Snowbird Advisory, http://forums.woodalls.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/28153408.cfm
I agree that the topic fits better in this section, but experience has taught me that it's very hard to get the moderators in General to move a thread until it has had a chance and has so many posts that slow readers will be discouraged from checking it out.
The most interesting thing is that this ruling from the US and Canada makes stays in the US truly feasible for a much shorter time, ie. 4 months vs. 182 days, or the health service coverage in Canada view point. Or the US is looking for a time period when they can get $ from non US citizens resident in their country.
