Skip Kouchibouguac. Too crowded thus, nature loses. Explore on your own.

PEI is what you discover on your own, just like anywhere else. They have the best provincial map going because of the symbols included. My favs. are senic roads icon and fish icon. Both are fun with my dogs.

A lot of municipalities in the Gaspe Peninsula have public parks suited to RVs. Some have overnight options, some just day use.

This is partly because of the usual construction workers holiday, which usually occurs at the end of July and the beginning of August. You can get the dates of that via www.google.ca and put in "Quebec construction holiday dates, 201x".

BTW what have you visited in New Brunswick or northern Maine?

We took a 27 f motorhome around Gaspe....no problems finding any places to stay overnight.

We spent one night at the lighthouse at Sainte-Madeleine-de-la-Riviere-Madeleine. Grassy site for $10 on the St. Lawrence. Great View.
