Generator Help

I have been going back and forth on whether to get a generator/invertor and if so how big?
Lots of people say they use it only once or twice... others sound like the couldn't have made it without one.
I need more guideance.

    If you want to run AC & micro wave you will need over 2000 watts. We have out trusty Honda Eu 1000 which we use, along with a 50 amp charger, to charge out twin group 27 betteries every third day or so. Charge takes around 4-5 hours. For the sake of yourself and those around you do not skimp on quality. Go Honda or Yamaha as they are super quiet and not too offensive to those seeking quiet. Best of luck
