Getting around Houston going west?
On I 10, from LA going W toward San Antonio with truck and trailer. What's the best route for dealing with Houston? Thanks

We spent 3 months in Houston in 2011, for cancer treatment @ MD Anderson. The best driving times during daylight hours are 10-2, we ALWAYS tried to be back at the RV park on South Main and Hiram Clark Rd by 2:45 or it got bad, really, really bad. We always travel through on I-10 and pickup US-59S downtown and try to be outbound before 1:00 when on our way to The Rio Grange Valley. Weekdays work, Sunday is the best, Saturdays are the worse.
