Getting around Houston going west?
On I 10, from LA going W toward San Antonio with truck and trailer. What's the best route for dealing with Houston? Thanks

You'll probably think I'm crazy, but I'd go TX-105 from Beaumont over to Brenham, then TX-237 to US-77 to rejoin I-10. For me TX-105 is relaxing and enjoyable compared to the insanity of Houston.
