The web site must not have been updated since the new freeway was opened back in 2006 or 2007. That is a long time to use the old instructions!
I have used the 202 getting there, and it was a long time ago! Back in 2006, I think that the 202 ended at Power, right near where you will be getting off.
Exit #22 then south to McDowell, east to it ends at Ellsworth, then turn left, go north a couple of miles.
