Glacier via Rt. 287
Heading to Glacier from Big Timber MT. Wondering if anyone can tell me about traveling Rt 287 to the park. Questioning the road, elevations and services along that route. Recommendations? TIA

As far as the Going to the Sun Road, keep in mind there are limits to the size of rig allowed on the roadway. Leave the RV on one side or the other and enjoy the ride and view. The scenery is beautiful both directions. Or drive over one way and then return on US 2.
