Glacier via Rt. 287
Heading to Glacier from Big Timber MT. Wondering if anyone can tell me about traveling Rt 287 to the park. Questioning the road, elevations and services along that route. Recommendations? TIA

I have been to both sides and the west side is nicer. The east side is not developed and surrounded by a Native American reservation. Services are limited on the east side. Some people like the more rural/undeveloped areas, I like options.
