Bet I'm the only guy on RV net that can say I used to run pistols into Canada every night for over 3 years.
(Ok, rest of the story.) Daily run from Seattle to B.C. with 2 or 3 dozen in a freight trailer. All hand to hand receipt by make, model and serial number and more paper work than any other type of freight. Including many types of hazardous. Custom brokers and CA customs used to have fun making paperwork matched up.
Canadian Customs...great bunch of guys. Couple where real gun nuts, they always wanted to do a visual "inspect" if a new model was in shipment:B
They went to law enforcement and "sporting clubs" etc. At any rate there is a lot more pistols in B.C. than one thinks.
