Since chasing a buck is causing me to spend a fair amount of time in Ewe-stun and Texas, I might push back on the "Best Steak" award to Double Muskie.....but that is not meant to take anything away from Double Muskie which, as noted, has been providing outstanding and unique food for 40 years. Still the best in Girdwood IMNSHO (if not AK), although I wouldn't turn away a meal from 7 Glaciers or (Mental breakdown) whatever the hibachi restaurant at Alyeska is called.
Louie's is great as well.
