Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) driving on 389 or 59 heading up to Hurricane Utah?

Given the tunnel is limited to 13'1" and I am at 12'10" and that google is telling me that taking 89 to 389 to 59 is quicker, I am strongly considering this route.
