89A. For Springdale I'd continue on 89 to 9 and enter Zion via the east entrance if you have someone to drive the toad through the tunnel. Read up on the tunnel and you won't regret taking this route. Better yet is to stay in Zion. I'd likely take this route even to Hurricane.
