Guide book or website about steep/twisted/rough roads?
Is there a guide to tell me where the road ahead will have a steep grade? Or will not be recommended for a long class a or fifth wheel? Or be too rough to drive?

Yeah, come to think of it... I can't think of any bad highways either. The worst that I am aware of are in Cali.
Overall, Oregon has pretty dang nice roads. I5 from Hugo north to Cottage Grove is pretty curvy and hilly, but no more so than Redding to the Oregon border.
