Headed to Alaska?..Highway 97 OPEN
Pine Pass, north of Prince George is closed due to flooding. They have no idea when it will re-open, so..if you are heading for Alaska, hang a left at PG and head for Kitwanga and #37. Gary Haupt

Looking at the Highways website...the info is not very helpful. Just closed until further notice. Nothing about a detour. Went looking and I guess no detour....
