Heading to Anchorage

Always interesting to see what happens, but this time around I have the legendary "severance" package ....and all three Grandkids are at the age where they can intelligently interact, express curiosity about fishing and hunting, and where they simply don't care about CAPEX, OPEX, Market Pressures, ROI, and Strategic Sourcing. The 8 and 11 year old GK's desperately want to slay grouse and silvers this fall and the 4-year old wants to tag along: I can't say no to that.
Spending the past week in Homer/Seward didn't endear Houston to me at all.
This is it for Houston. May put up a consulting shingle in due course ("$X/hour for Anchorage, $x/hour for elsewhere in AK, $3X/hour for Houston"), but family, PA-12, and my to-be-delivered-in-October Wooldridge are really the priorities from here on out. I will have to update my profile on other media though.
