Heading to Florida Saturday on I-75
We're heading south for the winter Saturday via I-65 south to Louisville, I-64 to Lexington, I-75 to Florida pulling our 30' Starcraft Launch. Anyone know of anything other than the usual problems...

We drove south on I-75 on Sunday afternoon from north of Atlanta to Adel. I have never seen so much traffic other than Thanksgiving weekend. Atlanta wasn't bad but things starting stacking up by the time we got to Jackson and it was bumper to bumper at 15 mph for the next 47 miles. Traffic spread out a little on the Macon by-pass, but was heavy off and on to Adel, sometimes coming to almost a standstill for no discernable reason. I have no explanation for this. We travel this route every six or eight weeks and this type of traffic on a Sunday is new to us. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a better route. lizzie
