Moab:
Dead Horse Pt SP
road along Colorado River
LaSal Mtns (esp. in the fall)
Capitol Reef
UT12
Calf Creek (an easy hike from UT12)
Bryce
Cedar Breaks
Brian Head
Once you get that far west, you could easily drop down to I15, cross into Nevada (headed toward Caliente), and take US93 back home.
