Highway 139 From Klamath Falls to Susanville
Will be towing a 25' Travel Trailer in late September. What are the road conditions, grades, etc. or is there an alternate route that should be considered. Thx

Although possible, a fall storm that early would be quite unusual. Late Sept is normally warm sunny days and cool nights. Fall colors should be starting.
The climb north out of Susanville is about a mile long, then flattens out. Good road. No services Susanville to Adin.
Fuel is available at the casino. On tribal land so no state gas tax. Several cents per gallon cheaper. Most of the gas stations on Main St are not big rig friendly.
