Highway 15D flood damage?
Does anyone have first hand information about the conditions along 15 D ? I received word that it is open ,but would like confirmation!

There was an issue with Mex 15 and Mex 15D it would FAR over-ride importance of the state of back country dirt roads like this.

White Star bus lines told me on the telephone that service and schedules were completely normal north to Guaymas and South to Tepic.
