Highway 15D flood damage?
Does anyone have first hand information about the conditions along 15 D ? I received word that it is open ,but would like confirmation!

We went through that area on Sunday...It seems like it will be closed for some time to come from the pictures.
We had to use google maps and my garmin gps to get through the city. Tried to follow a truck but he was too fast for me. Streets & turns are good for large RV (40ft + tow) to travel as long as you know where your going. It is complicated route and there were NO detour signs posted anywhere. Allow at least an extra 1 hour to do the detour...
Best advice I can give is to have a gps or google maps and try and stay behind a truck, but the truck may not know where to go either. Lets hope they get some detour signs up soon.
But when you arrive to your destination it will be worth it..
