Highway 15D flood damage?
Does anyone have first hand information about the conditions along 15 D ? I received word that it is open ,but would like confirmation!

Are some of you referring to the planet EARTH?
The autopistas in the Culiacan area are all elevated. Taking the off ramp slopes downward and heads east into the city. There it floods. But the city itself is four miles to the east.
Mochis can have downtown flooding. But dkilley is claiming downtown Mochis (?) meaning the city portion of Mex 15 is flooded and detoured?
And Rob At The Lake is concerned if this will impact his travel plans for DECEMBER?
