Can any of our members offer some insight on traveling Highway 20 in Oregon from Newport to Redmond?

Newport to I5 is fine. I5 to the junction with 22 is a bit slow and twisty. Nothing you can handle, just dont be in a hurry. You might consider north on I5 to Salem and take 22 up the hill.
