- rvnuttsExplorer IIWe live in South Ar and go to Branson 3 or 4 times a year. We pull
A 35 foot fiver with no problems at all. A pretty pull over just south of
Marshall for a quick break with a pretty view. - rockportrocketExplorerThe state of Ark spent more money on curve signs, than it cost to build the highway.
- WC7610ExplorerGood Road- nothing to be afraid of- much friendlier than highway 7 :)
We went that route last Oct and may again end of next week. - 5rdriverExplorerGreat! Thanks to all for the comments and advice.
- titlemanExplorerWe have traveled that highway many times and most of the time pulling a fifth wheel. As mentioned above, it is a good road with a few hills and curves, but nothing bad at all. There are several small towns with reduced speeds and if I recall correctly, most all of the highway is 55 MPH. But over all it is a nice drive and even better when you hit Ferguson's for breakfast. Have a good trip and be safe.
- dennis1949ExplorerDrove it last Sept. no trouble. trouble was on I-40 to
Memphis, road construction everywhere - sremsingExplorerRaods are good, some hills and curves, but not bad. Sometimes you may end up behind a logging truck. They do have some passing lanes.
- Kit_CarsonExplorerGreat road....mostly 4 lane. Stop at Ferguson's in St. Joseph, AR for a great cup of coffee and pie. Enjoy your trip....
- hotpepperkidExplorerWas a good road last summer
- BipeflierExplorerGood road. Some hills as you would expect in NW Ark. but nothing bad. Worst is through the Buffalo River Bridge.
