Ah but it is a dry heat unlike VA where the humidity is higher than the temp!:E LOL
Seriously though when I lived in the desert during the we figured it was going to be a good day if it had dropped to double digits before dawn! 95-99 overnight is not uncommon!
To my smart aleck comment above once it passes 100 it is just plain hot dry or not!
