Reminds me of the time back in the 80's as we were planning a trip to Toronto and I asked my insurance agent for a green card for insurance proof in Canada. The question asked of me was, "Did I speak French?" (answer was no)and the follow-up question was, "How will you find you way around if you don't speak French?"
