I have been on about every route between LHC and DV. I didn't like the Kelso route the time I went because the road between Kelso and I-15 was very poor. Another route that isn't too bad is up US95 to Searchlight then Nipton Rd to I-15 then west to Baker and north on CA127 to CA190 into DV.
