This discussion is making me chuckle. We did a "tour" of the Grand Canyon last Feb and went from east to west. There is a trading post in the middle of nowhere on the reservation between Cameron and the east gate. The tour guide pointed out the mini canyon behind the trading post that had been the site of where that guy walked the tight rope across the Grand Canyon for Discovery channel. She had watched it all being set up on her tours through there. Looks like I will watch the weather and road reports and decide in St George which way we go.
