Hwy 120 to Yosemite Closed Today
Hwy 120 is closed at this time due to a fire that has jumped the Tuolumne River and is heading towards Buck Meadows and the highway. 120 over Tioga is still open as is 140 and 41.

By the looks of this thing it's going to be a week or more before it's stopped, that is unless something like rain happens. Four days into it and all they've done is slow it down a little, but it's jumped most every line they have set. The fire fighters are doing one heck of a job of saving structures out there. I think for the most part they aren't doing much with the parts of the fire that are burning in wilderness and concentrating the efforts on homes.
