As the other posters stated, not a problem, it's a great drive. Two passes to go over, Cumbres Pass and La Manga Pass, both ~10000 feet. Neither is overly steep and there's not a lot of twisties...curves, yes, but nothing dramatic to be sure. You'll drop down into a beautiful valley on the Colorado side and it's a reasonably flat drive all the way in to Antonito. With the right timing you can also get some great pics of the trains in Antonito.
At the top of Cumbres, there's a great photo op for the Cumbres and Toltec Train if you time it right; the train crosses the pass there and it's a wonderful sight. IIRC, in Chama you can get the time that the train is scheduled to be there, either coming from Chama or coming from Antonito.
