Hwy 299 Eureka/Arcata-Redding delays
Driving on 101 today, I saw sign saying 1-2 hour delays daily until 3pm. Not sure how long this will be, but check into it if planning to go this route.

The delays are real. Between Redding and Weaverville can be up to an hour wait. They are working between 3:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.+/-. Between Weaverville and Arcata there are several stops, usually not that long. JH
