Is the part from Harrison till Hot Springs suitable to travel pulling the signature 5W? Thanks

I plan to drive it north of Russellville tomorrow and will report back after that drive. I don't expect any problems after flying over it on google earth. On the map it appears to be a bit more crooked south of Russellville to Hot Springs.
