Is the part from Harrison till Hot Springs suitable to travel pulling the signature 5W? Thanks

It was a nice drive today except for the dense fog about half of the way. All the scenery that we could see was the painted lines on the highway for a few yards in front of us. Then the fog lifted and the rain started but that still allowed us to view the great tree color along the way. Bright sunlight would have made the views extra special.
Yes the road is hilly and curvy but I am a hillbilly born and raised in the southwest MO Ozarks and like this kind of scenic highway. When you are going down a 7% grade for 3.5 miles and the sign tells you there are several 25mph curves they mean it.
